Q Do you charge sales tax on any of your products?

A No, not for shipments in Ohio or to any other state. Since Ohio doesn't charge sales tax on our products, and we don't have a physical presence in any other state, we are not required to collect sales tax.

Q During the check out process I see a box for a coupon code. What about that and how do I get one?

A Occasionally we have special offers that are only for our Newsletter subscribers. When we send the Newsletter the coupon code is included in it.

Q How do I sign up for the Newsletter?

A There's a box in the upper left side of the shopping cart pages where you enter your email address or you can click Here to sign up.

Q If I have an account with you am I automatically signed up for the Newsletter?

A Not necessarily. As you can opt out of our Newsletter when you place an order, you should sign up for it to make sure you are on our list to send special offers.

Q Is my email address and other information safe with you?

A Yes it is! We promise not to sell, rent, or otherwise make any of your information available to anyone else, other than to complete your orders. For more information, please check out our Privacy Policy

Q Is there a minimum dollar amount that I have to order?

A Yes there is, and it's low. It's only $15.00!

Q Can I return an order?

A Yes, but only if we made a mistake and shipped the wrong product. Since this is a consumable product, we destroy all returns to ensure quality and safety for all of our customers. Because of this policy, you never have to worry about receiving unsafe or returned products from us. Please be careful when you place your order to make sure it is what you wanted to order. Q If I have a problem with my order, how do I contact somebody that can help me?

A The best way to contact us is by filling out the form on the right side of our Contact Us page. We will contact you within 1-2 business days of receiving your information. Please tell us what the problem is and make sure that you include your correct email address and daytime phone number. If you think your contact information wasn't correct or you forget to include it, contact us again in a few days, as we will have no way of contacting you if you don't.
