Order Processing Time: Credit card orders that are received by 5 pm EST and are in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that are paid by check will be shipped after the check has been processed by the bank (usually 7-14 days after receipt).
Shipping Options: We ship using FedEx offering a variety of their services.

Shipping Cost: Shipping charges vary depending upon your location, the delivery company, and the shipping service that you select. When you place an order, our shopping cart automatically gets the shipping rate for the service you chose from the delivery service. You can see your shipping charges at anytime by selecting View Cart at the top and bottom of the page.
Delivery Area and Times: We deliver to the United States of America (including military addresses via USPS Priority Mail). Delivery times vary by shipping service, shipping method, and delivery area. Please click on the link below to see transit times for the available ground delivery services.
Damaged Packages: If parcels are damaged upon arrival, please note this with the delivery service at the time of delivery or file a claim if you are not present at the time of delivery.
Refusal of Packages: If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
Arrival by a Specific Date: If you need delivery by a specific date, please order early enough and pick a delivery option that insures that your package arrives a few days before you need it and add at least 2 days for processing and any holidays. Don't forget that some holidays are more than a one day delay in processing and shipping. For example, Thanksgiving (Thanksgiving Day and the day after), Christmas (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), New Years (New Years Eve and New Years Day), etc. Once your package is shipped it is out of our control. As such, we do not guarantee delivery dates or issue credit for late deliveries. We also do not accept orders and hold them for shipping at a later date.
Credit and Returns: We will only accept returns and reship the correct item(s) or issue credit if we made a mistake with the contents of your order, and only for the incorrect item(s). So please double-check your order to make sure it is what you want before you submit it for check out.
If we made a mistake on your order please e-mail us Here within 15 days of delivery and tell us what's wrong and if you want the item(s) replaced or a refund. We'll issue a RMA number (Return Material Authorization), please write this on the invoice and the outside of the package. When we receive your return we'll either send the correct item(s) or issue a refund, as you requested.
Refunds will be issued to/in your original form of payment. No refunds after 15 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Please allow 30-60 days for a refund to show on your credit card statement or to arrive by mail.
